She is the founder of Women Exhorting Women, born and raised in Harvey Louisiana. She is the mother of three children, a wife, child of God, and a servant. Keyadda is a survivor and an advocate for battered women. Her life has taught her the importance of building a community and sharing her story with others. She knows firsthand what it means to live in purpose. Keyadda is a motivational

Derika Quinn
Derika Quinn was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Marrero. Derika is passionate about helping young girls and women to become their best self, by uplifting, and being their support system. She is a wife, licensed Cosmetologist and local salon Manager in the Houston area. One of her favorite scripture is “She is more precious than jewels and nothing you desire can compare with her” Proverbs 3:15. Her goal is to let all women know their worth.

Mona L. Flores is a New Orleans, LA native. She is very kind and compassionate, straightforward, and can have tunnel vision sometimes. She LOVES Jesus and lives to honor him, no one can change my mind on that. Mona is a Licensed Minister, Licensed Master Social Worker, CEO of Intelligent, Talented Girl Majorettes, sole author of 2 manuscripts and co-author of one. I’m really down to earth and try my best not to stress about things I can’t control. My favorite color is purple and my family friends mean the world to me!

Shanedra Burkhalter is an Administrator at a school in the Houston Independent School District. She has served in the Educational field for 10 years. She is also the mother of an 11-year-old daughter. Ms. Burkhalter was born in New Orleans but currently resides in Houston, Texas. She has a true passion for assisting women to grow as strong leaders in their community. To aid in this vision Mrs. Burkhalter joined Women Exhorting Women. She is hopeful that WEW will impact women in communities around the world.

Sierra Smith is a GME(General Merchandising Expert) at Target. She has a caring spirit and loves to help anyone when she can. Sierra likes to work with children to help them build confidence within themselves. She loves reading books and gaining knowledge as it presents itself. Sierra has an Associate of Arts in Business Management and is currently working on her Bachelor degree in the same field.
